About Suhba

Suhba (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a marriage and connection platform designed to help users meet in a safe and respectful environment.

Suhba is operated by Suhba Tech Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17328294. Registered office: 3 Sanderson Close, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3LN.

By creating an account or using Suhba, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Suhba.

By using the app, you confirm that:

• All information you provide is true and accurate.
• You are using the app for lawful and respectful purposes only.
• You will follow community and cultural guidelines set by Suhba.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.

You must not share your account or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or pose a safety risk.

Content you provide

You may upload information, photos, and other content to your profile.

You agree that:

• You own or have permission to share the content.
• Your content does not contain offensive, illegal, or misleading material.
• Suhba can display your content within the app and use it to operate the service.

We may remove content that violates these terms or is reported by other users.

Safety and behaviour

Suhba is a respectful space. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or insult others.
• Share explicit or inappropriate material.
• Misuse the platform for commercial, political, or unlawful activity.
• Attempt to access or damage Suhba’s systems.

We may take action, including account suspension or reporting to authorities, if we believe user safety is at risk.

You can report a profile or a conversation at any time from within the app, and block anyone you no longer wish to hear from. We review reported content within 24 hours, removing anything that breaches these terms and ejecting the user responsible.

Walī or guardian features

If you add or list a walī (guardian), you confirm you have their consent and that the information is accurate.

Guardians may be contacted for verification or safety reasons if needed.

Membership and payments

Suhba membership is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Payment is handled by Apple, Google or Stripe, depending on where you subscribed. We never see or store your card details.

These terms apply to every membership:

• Your membership renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• If you subscribed through Apple or Google, you manage and cancel your membership in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and their refund policies apply.
• If you subscribed through Stripe, you can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt email. Under UK consumer law you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund, provided you have not started using the membership in the app. After that, payments are not refundable except where the law requires it.
• Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We will give you notice before any price change takes effect.
• A membership bought through Stripe is linked to the email address used at checkout. Sign in to the app with the same email to use it.

Our responsibilities

We provide Suhba “as is”. While we work to ensure a safe experience, we cannot guarantee matches, outcomes, or continuous availability of the app.

We are not responsible for user behaviour, external links, or offline interactions between users.

Ending or suspending accounts

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, harm other users, or misuse the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as Suhba evolves. Updates will be shown in-app or on our website.

Continuing to use Suhba after changes means you accept the new terms.
